Default Popping/Suspension binding on sharp slow speed turns

Hello all!
Been lurking for a long time now. Had a turbo IS300 for a while and recently picked up a RCF.
The car had 30k on it when I purchased it and was like new. No accidents of any kind and all service records.

When moving around as very slow speeds the suspension in the front almost seems like it is binding. It will pop and make noise at slow speed.
Any other time the car seems to drive just fine. No issues once the vehicle is moving.

Is this a "normal" thing for this car or should I be concerned?

No, should not be normal. Never heard any noise from the suspension on mine. Is the car lowered at all?

100% stock

Having a service done today and having them take a look at it as I didn't think this is normal.

I am guessing strut mount or strut. Had one go on the ISF at a young age.

The car was in at my dealership for a while and they were unable to sell it so I ended up picking it up for a killer deal.
The car was safety inspected and at the time it there was no issues however the car was driven a lot between trade in and me buying I'm guessing someone decided to do something stupid.

It's possible what you are experiencing is actually coming from your Michelin Super Sport tires assuming that is what it has right now. Quite normal for this tires to do so especially in cold weather. In slow maneuvering at full steering turn you will feel it at the steering wheel too as the car moves. I used to experience the same with my AMG which also had Michelin Sport tires.

This. Normal and very annoying.

+1 on the tires skipping making that popping noise - normal in cold temps.

Yep. If that is what it is then I experienced the same chatter from the MPSS tires while doing a U-turn on full lock. Looks like the lock-to-lock turn is too tight for the tire walls to handle rotation on so they start chattering.

Price we pay for performance. In the performance arena things become less civilized. Think: squeaky high performance brake pads; a talky track suspension; performance bushings that introduce more NVH. All help bring out the full capability of a car but along with some compromises. Having that ability to safely push a car closer to its limit make these performance components, including tires, well worth it despite their peculiar temperaments. At the end of the day it's a question of individual tolerance. To a large extent I for one have come to appreciate some of these quirky behaviors because I know I am dealing with a high performance component and appreciate them for what they are.
