Symbol next to the outside temp indicator.
Had my RC-F for about a week now, and now see a symbol just to the right of the outside temperature indicator located above the oil and water temperature gauges. It looks like a triangle with an asterisk on the bottom. Did not find anything in the owners manual that even mentions this symbol! It flashes when I first start the car for about a second or so, then just remains there to annoy me. What am I doing wrong, or what is this symbol an indication of?
Really glad I bought the RC-F! Was very close to buying a RC-350 F, but then as we were doing the final purchase paperwork, I asked the sales person to let me try that RC-F parked next to it just for comparison purposes. Well... what could I do? Had to have the RC-F!

Thanks both for responding. So this symbol is just a warning that the outside temperature is about 37F or less? Ok, that's fine, but since this symbol is right next to the outside temperature readout, can't most people figure out if is below 37 degrees, by just looking at the outside numerical temperature readout? Seems like a useless symbol, put there so idiots like me have to question what it is.

Just for comparison purposes I also drove the RC 350 first. Since I have an Infiniti G37S coupe I was kind of comparing it to that car. The RC 350 didn't grab me at all, too slow and ponderous, which was kind of what I thought of Lexus in general at the time. The RC F on the other hand really got my attention. As I always say when asked why I liked it, it's the V8.
