Default Recording of maintenance performed by independents

I just had my oil changed by an independent mechanic.
Is there some way to add this info into the maintenance history on the Lexus website?

Yes, you just record it yourself. I have done all my maintenance since I got my car and have just been recording them there.

I would take multiple pictures and send to myself with my phone which tags gps information, time/date, and etc....

For example: .I have more pictures, but these are the most important to document what type of oil, filter, mileage, and etc. used.

Can you share how you added a maintenance event to your Lexus log?

Yeah, it was pretty easy after I knew it could be done.
Log into your Lexus Owners account.
Go to Service, then Service History.
Click the Add Service button to the right under the picture of your car.
