Same here after making me wait 2 weeks saying that they'll order the parts then told me they need to do a inspection so i decided to just wait for the notice in the mail and go somewhere else.

Update...I picked up the car a few days ago after having the recall done. Everything is working correctly and don't hear any noises like the video.
The first time I called I was given some bs that if I don't receive a letter they can't perform the work. I followed up with another person (service advisor) and he went to his computer and said my car is listed for a recall.

Just thought I'd start and share my experience here and I will update when it's all done.
My 20k mile RCF is in the dealership now for 3 things.
1. The recall for fuel pumps. They are ordering the parts and these will be in tomorrow.
2. Brakes under TSIB: LSB014417. All pads are on order.
3. Software update.

I still haven't gotten a letter. I wouldn't wait for it, I would just call your dealership and get it scheduled. If the dealership is good, they will have no issues getting you an appointment for the job. I called mine weeks before the part came in, and they actually called me when it arrived and get me scheduled. So they definitely went the extra mile for me. I hope your dealership does the same mate.

notice came yesterday... stopped by the dealer today to see when to schedule, and they had the pumps and parts in stock so they did it right there while i waited. took a lil less then 2 hours

Dropped mine off last Saturday but looks like it won't be ready until Thursday. Also taking care of a couple other issues. Passenger seat was making a grinding noise when reclining with someone sitting in it. When no one is in it, it reclined without the noise. They had to order a part for the seat. Also, they're replacing my front passenger brake caliper because the clear coat is coming off pretty badly. I know I could just hit with some VHT clear coat but hey, it's under warranty so why not. I was kinda hoping they'd say "sorry we don't have the black ones so we'll replace all of them with orange calipers."

Toyota is releasing the parts as dealers call in with each VIN. If you call your dealer, give them your vin and ask them to order the parts they'll call you in a week or two to schedule the appointment.
