Is Mark Levinson not a popular option for buyers?

I'm currently in the market for a RCF and the large majority available do not have the ML option. Is the option not popular, not needed or something else?

Can't answer your question about availability of the ML, but I haven't gotten into tinkering with car audio - with that said I'm very pleased that I don't feel like I have to now that I have the ML.

I have it and it sounds incredible, but I have yet to use it while driving because the engine noise is addictive. Whenever I drive it, natural instinct is to want to experience the V8. The thought occurs that music can be listened to at home.LOL

I have ML in my RCF and LX570. I don't have ML in my RX450h and CT200h. The RX450h and CT200h were "on sale" and came like that already and on the dealership's lot and sat on the lot for a long time (I guess due to no ML?). In SoCal, for most folks buying as DD, having the ML is important I guess. But I can't resist the heavy discounts on them.
The ML sounds awesome and much better than the non-ML. But not a deal breaker depending on the overall price the car. The non-ML does not sound too bad actually at all. As the saying goes, there is ALWAYS something better, right?
Depending on what you want to spend, you can get "better" aftermarket systems than the ML.

my rc-f did not have ML but it sounds way louder and clearer than my previous IS-F ML system by a long shot. it does not sound bad. i recently got to demo ML on the RCF on another dealer car, it sounds great. even louder and clearer with my CD i brought to demo. ML is only more loud and clear in the highs and a bit of mid bass. bass itself sounds the same between the two.

No, if the year were base I could understand. Most seem have premium, Nav, All-weather, TVD, or a combination of packages.

RCF is such a low production car, number wise.
I doubt any "fleeting" with the RCF. Maybe the regular "RC's" for "fleet'?
