And yes, of course it looks Hot!

Replacing the air filter element is also more difficult, there is no way you just open the 2 clips and insert a new filter. I guarantee you will need to move all kinds of hardware just to get to it. That is a fact but that is also ok, if you are happy with your setup. This is a Forum and it is here to discuss, take apart agree and disagree and share insight on what we like and don't like. Enough said and I hope you will like your air intake.
As promised but a little late:
OEM diameter is 3.48in at the exit, but rapidly tapers down to 3.42in immediately after the "lip" area used to attach and latch to the throttle body.
Takeda is 3.45in throughout.
Let me know what K&N measurements are if/when you have a chance.

Air filter replacement is almost identical to the OEM way to do (at least how techs are instructed to) since you're supposed to take out the elbow to properly secure the filter in to prevent risk of any creasing and bending of the filter.
Technically for OEM, you can just try to squeeze it in but there's no guarantee it'll be inserted properly as has been the case for some DIY'ers who only discovered their mistake after it was time to completely replace the filter.

???
Read the thread.
I never said it would make that much difference, in fact that was the entire premise of my first post of OEM vs aftermarket.

But in regards to your post though, I'm more confused why you have an aFe sticker while running Lems.

All the systems are amazing looking, period. MisterEun, your system is great as well and I will continue watching this thread because it is informative but will refrain answering any measurement competitions.
Just everybody continue posting pictures of their system and continue telling people what you like and don't like about your system and other systems so we can make a decision on what to get.

Here is one system that truly makes a difference on my race car! It is still under construction so suspension is not installed yet!

Peace brothers and sisters

In terms of Intakes and intake tubs, LEMS are nice, as are Mod In Japan, etc. I myself am going to go with a Sikky Engineering intake tube....smooth, powder coated and OEM quality.

Wow! I know another Member here who just bought that same system!!! Can't wait to see pics and hear about it all - sound too!

Sheyme - Guess it's not all as easy as installing a MWR filter on our Ducatis. Dont worry pal. I'm with you no matter what! Semper Fidelis!!
