My dealer said every 10000miles for oil change when I go for the 15000 maintenance!! It’s that right or not????

You're probably ok. But the interval for rcf is 5k miles. They're assuming you using conventional which is recommended. But why. Just stick with the 5k intervals. I think they're used to the other Lexus models which are 10k. But again I wouldn't, but that's me. The other thing will be the stupid maintenance light will be on and bugging you.

manufacturer recommends 5k and it is in the owners manual as such. . if you want to go to 10K don't be surprised if down the line have a warranty issue that is denied for neglect. Dealers word doesn't mean ***** at that point, only the manufacturer recommended service intervals and proof you have done them.
if you don't care about warranty coverage do whatever you want. me personally I will follow the recommended guidelines until my warranty expires, I have fought to many times with dealerships over warranty issues because of such nonsense, though it appears Lexus handles things a little better than the American car makers/dealerships, I don't have time for the hassle.

I would still do oil change with filter change at 5K, synthetic oil or Dyno oil as long as warranty is still on. It's just me.
Just hate to argue with Lexus HQ if there is a claim remotely related to the oil changes.
