Lonnng conversation with Elvin today about the unique wheel I put a deposit on. Cant say enough about how impressive he is with communication - even with the time change we have. Can you believe this guy makes up to 15 Steering Wheels a DAY!

Wooooooooow way to bite my style!!! Hahahahahh jk man. Elvin accidentally shipped my steering wheel to Illinois instead of Orange County. I was supposed to have it by tonight but that’s not gonna happen now. He was nice enough to get up from sleeping at 1-2am over there and figure it where my package went. Apparently he sent it to another customer in Illinois. That guy is going to ship it to me. I pray it’s not full of rocks! Hahah...god I’m so depressed about losing my steering wheel...

It was a joke, haha. What did you do to the wheel!? You should check out the hybrid carbon he has to offer. It's similar to the hybrid carbon in the 10th anniversary F edition cars! He has hybrid in blue, red, and gold. He offers a lot of extra options not shown on IG tho. Ask about them!

Saw his stuff on the FB RCF/GSF Society and he sure as hell makes great gear! I sent him all my specs via email too. I'm anxious to see n hear if that Circuit Red truly matches up w the interior? Read it may be a tad lighter but very close. Like the CF Paddle touch. That stuff will look stunning and I look forward to seeing pics of it all installed!!

If that doesn't work, your only other contact method are those "crappy" ones. Obviously the choice is yours. Stock or and Elvin Wong's work of art. Mine looks, feels, and works absolutely unbelievable! Though my Exterior is USB, I chose Red Stitching to augment the Circuit Red Interior.

If anyone is on the fence re: carbon steering wheel you won't regret it. I had one in my 2015 Optima and I loved it, drove with two hands all the time because I loved holding it so much.It's an upgrade for YOU unlike most changes you won't see unless you're outside the car.
I'm pulling out my car in the next week or so and I'll have update pics on the install immediately. Really excited to install the wheel as I truly believe it enhances the interior by a lot! The OEM wheel is too luxurious and simple for this type of car.
I ordered the Y-piece and the paddles a few months ago, had them wet sanded and polished - really pleased with the results. Not sure why my paddles look different than the ones you had received.
Below are some pics of how the pieces look installed.
I just ordered the CF wheel with the heated elements and button covers to complete the look - going to wet sand and polish that also coz I dont like the CF shining back at me in the sun.
