Default Fuel pump recall

I've been waiting for the recall to be done for several weeks now because the fuel pumps are back ordered. Anyone else having the same problem?

Weird. I called a week ahead and they ordered mine for me - was done a week later! This was about a month ago though so I'm not sure if they're backordered.

Luckily mine was built in March this year and came with the new style pump.

The same thing happened to me and it turned out that even though the parts department had ordered the fuel pumps for my VIN, Lexus would not release them for shipping because the dealership parts department had not filled out an additional form that was required. As soon as they did that the fuel pumps were shipped. It took a personal visit to the service mgr and him questioning his parts dept to figure this out. You may have to do the same.

I'm in Dallas and the dealership had the parts in stock. It did take one day for them to install though.
