Congrats. The extra packages are well worth it. Looks like a clean car. Super low miles.

FYI. HERE is a link to the "Price Paid" thread. From what Ive seen the used prices have been trending up since spring.

Looks like a good deal!. Same color as mine! However don't understand how you have the "premium package", since my premium package included the LED headlights, (which I wish I did not have!). Like the orange brakes, wish my 2015 came with that color instead of being black!

I'm always on Autotrader to keep up with my job (car biz) and I always search RC-Fs when I'm checking for things, there are almost no 2015s in a 500 mile radius of me and all 2016s are starting way above $50k with 20k+ miles.

Unless we see an influx of pre-owned 2015s coming up (which happened a long time ago), there is no reason for 2016s to drop dramatically anytime soon IMO. All of the low prices that I've seen on 2015s tbh were 3 owner, no tri-beam headlights, or accident in the history. Good sign for the car's value.

There were nearly 2000 or so less built in 2016 compared to 2015. That should also solidify 2016 values.....I think the production numbers were:
2015 there were 2974 built
2016 there were 842 built
and as of yet, no production numbers on 2017 MY.

From what I understand the premium package doesn’t include the triple beams. https://www.lexus.com/models/RCF/packages

How can this be buddy? Do they only tally them up by the "Fiscal Year" or what? I'd seriously like to know how many, and if said number is accurate too? That's a massive drop in production between 15 & 16 would you agree? To me, that could go either way. Figured it was going to be a total bust, or more selective vehicle. Hmmm. Please let the old broken Gunny know what ya find ok Kramer? Thanks pal. (Still drooling at this wheel sitting on kitchen countertop!)

Maybe Lexus HQ finally learned the lesson of over production during model year 2015 with RCF's pillng up at dealership lots. Then a severe cut back on 2016 production to sell off the 2015's???

I don't think too many 2017s will come up yet, a lot of pre-owned availability come back from lease returns and considering the availability of 16/17s compared to 15s, I really think the preowned inventory will be short compared to what we were seeing last year. and 2017 leases are unlikely to come back for another 6-12 months.

Any 2017s I do see are priced more than you could've bought a new 2016 for at low 60k. I've got 4-5 years before I anticipate wanting a new car so I'm curious what we'll get for these down the line lol.

The premium package in 2015 was over $1,000 more than the 2019 premium package you are referencing, and included LED headlights.

Congrats.

Wow! That is a unique combination. Never seen a performance package/carbon RCF without the triple LED lights. Looks great. Silver is a great color for the RCF especially under sunlight when you can see all of the lines very clearly.

I purchased mine back in November, 2017. It had 8000 miles like yours. All options on it including carbon performance package and Molten Pearl color/black leather. My negotiated price was $62,000 CAD on private sale with no sales tax.
