Anyone Epoxy Their Garage Floor?
#31
The last week has been long. I'm in the home stretch though.
The floor was resurfaced and cleaned. Primer applied, but took an extra day to be dry to the touch. During the first coat of epoxy it got really gusty and leaves were being cursed, second coat went well except for the heavy rain last night, and hopefully today I'll be putting on the top coat. The complexity for me is that I have a 10" section of garage pad beyond the overhead door, and I want it to look consistent with the rest of the garage. Here's some picks of the progress.

Curing has wrapped and I was finally able to put our girls back in the garage. Compared to before it's a much cleaner look. I purged many things I no longer used, and found homes for the stuff I am keeping. I'm cheating a bit I'm sure, as there are likely things yet to find a home in the garage... so it may get a touch more cluttered.
