Honestly night and day. I felt like I was "working" with the Z. The RC F makes it effortless. I mean you can feel the weight but I do not break traction in places I would have with the Z (stock non-nizmo suspension) and I am sure the TVD is a factor. I have a nice twisty road on my way to work. On the last hard left turn if I exited at +50 MPH in my Z I thought I was doing pretty good. Now-a-days I can apply power on the late apex, in 3rd, and torque though it. If I start the turn in 2nd I have to hold the gear or shift before the turn is complete. "Almost" boring. In a straight line there is no contest. However the Z felt faster but the speedo tells me it is not. This car hit triple digits pretty fast. I do think my modified Z was faster 0-60 though.

I am still in the honeymoon phase with this car for sure. I LOVE it!

My favorite way of freaking someone out (mostly, my wife LOL), is to enter tight circular exit on-ramp at 50 mph in 2nd gear and then stomping all the way to redline (some times, rev limiter) exiting out on the freeway. The high G forces in the tight turn followed by the sudden high pitched shriek in 2nd gear accompanied with acceleration, really overwhelms the passenger.

I agree with the acceleration being deceptive due to the very linear/flat powerband from 5500 rpm to 7450 rpm cut off. A few times, stomping in 2nd gear at 40 mph redlining through 4th for about 16 - 17 seconds before realizing looking at the speedo reading 140 mph LOL

OP, I'm 95% sure that's my buddies car that he just traded in for a 2018 Ferrari 488. Traded it in about 7-8 days ago. Exact same color, options and mileage....so unless it's a super coincidence, that's his car (old car). He bought it new in 2915 and rarely drive it. AlwatA garage kept and ALWAYS clean and detailed!
Only weird thing is that in the listing it says "Florida car" or whatnot.....his car has always been here in NC, about 30 mins from where I live (right in the NC/VA border. So that's a blatant lie, again, unless it's a completely different car.
Here are a few pics last week when the Ferrari dealership delivered the 488 and picked up the RCF.

V.

OP,

did they ever send you pics of the car?

Seems like Molten Pearl's sell within days of hitting the market.

That car has a long history of problems that were neglected by the owner. At one point, Lexus recommended engine replacement, which the owner declined. There are some service history entries that suggest water damage. Run, do not walk!
