In Switzerland, delete the cats and using the car on open road would be a crime. Also to make your car pop and crackle like this would make you an instant target for your local police that would immedialtey send the car for inspection at the DMV, with 90% chance they will order a full removal of this tune.
Personally, I don't think it sounds very good... maybe if the pops were minimized to just "a couple" instead of the current popcorn-maker simulation going on.
