South Florida they are coming up now. I see so many RC 200t or w.e they call it now and RC350s like so many. I rarely see F's though.

In NJ, I’ve only seen 2 F’s in the last 6 months. The people that see it person are amazed by it and half of them ask me “What kind of supercar is this?” Lmao

I ordered some new Michelin S4 tires form Tire rack for mine. Had them shipped to a local installer. No one at the tire shop had ever seen one before. The techs were loving the car. They could not believe how nice it was. Everyone one was checking it out. Very cool.

I have never seen another one on the road.

Did you get the MPS4S for the RCF? How are you liking them? What differences do you feel with the stock MPSS? I have one more season left on my MPSS and would be switching to MPS4S after that.

On the side, I do quite a lot of ISFs. There is a black one just in my neighborhood (blacked out with black wheels). I see one every once in a while.

The difference is pretty big. But, my rear tires were really shot and the right tire was almost bald. The tires really have more grip. You can really feel it in the corners and hard braking. It feels like they set harder, bite down in the corners, if that makes sense. I am very happy with the tires.

Thanks for your input. They will get more aggressive as they wear down and as the oils are worn off.

I was trying to confirm what I theorized a while back that our MPSS are the soft/touring version of the tire available. Lexus wanted to make it easy for everyone to drive on the city roads. The MPS4S have reinforced sidewalls (XL Rated tires or extra load), which means the sidewalls don't deform under heavy cornering loads. In simple words, sharper handling, more stable under braking and rapid left-right transitions. It is what makes the most sense to have on an RCF considering the weight, but Lexus chose to put the softer version of MPSS on RCF.

I get over the problem of soft sidewalls by inflating to 36 psi front and 38 psi rear. It stiffens up the sidewalls quite a bit, but I would go with permanent solution of MPS4S since it is not my daily driver.

I have MPS4S all around and can say the difference was huge! Haven't had much experience in the wet since I'm in SoCal and rain seems to evade us most of the year. I live near Cerritos Lexus so I tend to see other F's at least twice a month.

That is great to hear. I am excited about those tires. I have been quite disappointed in the OEM MPSS soft and squishy feel so looks very promising that the MPS4S will fix the issues I have with the OEM tire. Don't care about rain etc. since I only drive it in the dry. I even considered racing slick Pilot Cup 2 tires for the RCF, but MPS4S would be the perfect choice (they have great tread life as well).

One of the many reasons I picked the RCF over BMW, Audi, Corvette, etc. You do not see one everyday . Well at least I don't. I did see one on a trip recently and had the guy looked over, he would have seen me acting like an idiot trying to get his attention
