What do you guys think of carbon fiber hood?

I think that installing the Carbon Fiber Hood Vent and the Fender duct panels, would be a nice subtle look that would contrast well with the white and accentuate the rear spoiler. Here are some examples, ran across this members car, really nicely done. Hope this helps.

Firstly, get what makes you happy, but since you asked... if it was me, I'm partial to the painted with carbon exposed. I have it done to my cars because like I said, its my preference.
If you're on the fence, or think it may look 'rice' then maybe, like others suggested, paint part of the hood. Here is an image from Lexus, didn't want to use anyone's personal car, I did a crude Photoshop (on purpose) showing the lines and if you did a partial paint to the hood but leaving carbon exposed so you know you spent your money on CF and not another white hood:

If my specific opinion is needed. I think they don't fit this car in the great majority. I prefere the colour to be eaven distributed all over the car. Also, for an unknown reason, the carbon hood don't really fit the RCF well. So if I would come, in the future, to have a carbon RCF, I would probably let the carbon hood and roof be re-painted.
Another point is that this car is heavy. Like reeeally heavy. So I don't see the need to put a carbon hood. I would have put a complete carbon body kit on this car, and let to the owner the choice of having the car coloured or not (like it was, for example, on the F40). In this particular case, I would understand it and it would be fitting the overall concept.
(just try to imagine a full carbon fiber body RCF... )

I have a Black RCF with the performance package so i felt it needed the Carbon Hood to match the rest of the car. I ordered mine and all my parts through Josh at Meraki and he took good care of me. Installed it over 3 months and love it. it doesn't stand out a lot on a black car but just enough. People comment on it weekly and am very happy that i ordered it. I will upload a photo when i can. It fits up about 95% not 100% but only noticeable to me.

i agree on carbon accents rather than full carbon hood. As much as i like the carbon hood, the hood body lines along the headlights dont seem to flow very well in my opion. I would like a hood vent like the one pictured if it wasn't so expensive.

It actually matches well. I went with the Seibon OEM style hood. Very good weave and clear coat. I had to drill small holes underneath the hood to swap the washer sprayers and heat shield from the OEM hood to the CF Hood. There are small circles already in the plastic portion under the CF hood that match up perfectly to the OEM. You just have to be careful not to drill to hard or you may hit the CF.

If you didn’t but a good yet,....Maybe wrap the hood black and just get carbon skirts and rears, it might fulfill that accent you want, here’s how mines looks, I just wrapped my roof, but have the Toms side and rear diffusers with the carbon wing.
Maybe you could just wrap the roof black, as it might satisfy that accent you want, and also carbon mirrors.
