Default New here. 2015 RCF.

Stumbled on this group by accident. Bought my used 2015 RCF from a Lexus dealer in Feb. I live in Richmond, VA. Car doesn't have performance package, but has everything else. Looks new, except for a few paint swirls.

Last car was an Acura. Love my RC F. I work remote, but find an excuse to drive it every day. I had no clue how much attention this car would get. I have had folks do a visual inspection while parked, I have had folks take pictures as they drive past on freeway. I dislike its ugly mouth, but love the aggressiveness overall. I am keeping it stock for a while. May do a chrome delete - but open to what people would recommend.

Took it through a touchless wash, and promised myself to never do it again.

I switched to a custom VA plate since then.

Beauty! Congrats on your purchase. It’s such an awesome feeling when you love your car so much that you make excuses to go out!

What Acura were you driving before?

Congrats! Chrome delete and tints are always a good decision. It's definitely a super fun car to drive and the more you learn about it, the better it gets

An MDX. So wouldn't be comparable. I am just dreading my first ticket soon enough. DC already mailed me one doing 12 over limit - thanks to their speedtraps. I have been wary - except for onramps and a few spirited taps on the I-95.

Thanks. I agree both would be my top choices. Do you know how much those would run?

Forgot to mention. In my 9 months of driving it from Richmond to NYC, and numerous trips to the DC area - I have seen *One* other RC F. It was at a light at Northern VA. It was the same Obsidian black. I was behind him, but my brother was driving. If I had been, I would have hung alongside to atleast give them a wave. But with the numerous Mustangs, Chevys, M3/4 and Corvettes that I have driven alongside, this car has so long been the snow leopard of cars.

Congrats, welcome to the club. Since your car’s black I’d definitely take it in and have it detailed, some paint correction done, and a clear bra installed. I notice there are a lot of owners in va and md, we really need to get a bunch of F owners together

Welcome!

Car needs an exhaust to actually be able to hear it!

NICE Looking ride, Congrats & Welcome! Yep, the front grill is either you like or don't, not much in between. First time I saw it, it reminded me of a Big Mouth Bass (I live in the Deep South so if you do any Fishing you know what I mean) Overall I've been Pleased with Mine!
