Default Question About RCF w/ Penske 2 Coils Running 20x11

Did some searching and stalking in the build threads, but couldn't find an RCF running Penske true coils and 20x11's on the rear. I went to order a set of Volks from a reputable dealer on the site in 20x11 +40 and was told a 3mm spacer was needed so they won't hit the spring. I'm sure they've seen it before i'm just bummed i'd have to do that.

So so my question is are there any RCF's on here running Penske's with 20x11 and if so what offset or did you use spacers?

I checked with Rafi at RR and they are running a 10.5 +35 no problem, but wheels i want don't come in 20x10.5.

Thanks in advance.

11” at +40 will be very close but should be ok if you don’t put a huge tire on it.
My Rennen rims are 20x11 +38 running 295/30. No issues.

I have 11" wide wheels but 35 offset, tire is 305. Just to give you an idea, here's how much room there is without a "true" coilover setup like Penske.

Default 20x11 +40 offset

I’ll have to check offsets to be sure, but running a 20x11 with a 305 sport cup 2. Didn’t rub but was so tight with stock fitment I ordered 3 mm spacers anyway. Still fits. Once I get around to installing the extended studs, I’ll post pix. Btw 295/35 mpsc2 won’t fit up front! Still looking for the perfect front fit.

so rears are plus 40, fronts are plus 30. Plus 27 or 28 would maybe fit with those huge tires up front but can’t check that.

^^Kat,
theres no way you’ll fit a 295 cup up front unless the rim is custom fitted.
I know that one black car with the BC forged rims says they put 295 up front but that’s with 25 series sidewalls. No way a 35 would work. 30 prob a no go unless the car was a 4x4 stock height.
I’ve tried 275/35 on my +35 and no go. Mucho scrub at high compression turns.
30 series tires is only way you’ll make it work.

My fav tire was the Yokohama AD08R which came in 275/30/19 but they recently discontinued!!
your best bet with cup2 would be 265/35
Big stagger tho...
