I don't know THIS product in general, but it will definitely not. Speedbumps and driveways are made of concrete and stone, this one is in less resisting components. So physics will apply the same way. If you drive your speedbumps and driveways with too much speed or on a too low setting, you will go through this lip, damage it beyond repair, and come to your fender.
What you are searching is called "pare-buffle" in french, and you find it generally on pickups.

the splitter will protect your bumper and take the impact of whatever you hit, as far as flexibility, our splitters are made out of abs plastic and reinforced and able to take your everyday hits
