Default Buying a used RCF today- Request Advice

Hello, everyone. I'm new to the forum and could use some advice regarding an RCF that I am interested in buying:
2015 White RCF, 16,285 miles, Premium package, Performance package

In particular, I am concerned about a couple items I am seeing on the ownership service history, and am wondering if you guys would recommend avoiding the car based upon the information below, or if I'm being paranoid:

1879 miles-9/25/15
Check Light On. P0420. Found leak at driver front mid pipe gasket. Replaced drive front mid pipe exhaust gasket

11019 miles- 4/19/2018
Recall: JLB. High pressure fuel pump. JLB recall complete. Vehicle was full of gas.

13295 Miles-7/13/2018
Rock chip on hood. Customer dissatisfied with touch up. Could not touch up any further. Scratch removal. Customer requests buffing of scratches near door handle and rear bumper. Scratch also on passenger door. Performed paint correction per customer request.
Applied xzlion coating
Applied Clear Shield to hood, fender, side mirrors

15645 miles 9/20/2018
ECM update required and completed. Performed computer handshake. Cleared codes and retested. Noise gone from low pressure fuel pump.

I'm concerned about the "High pressure fuel pump. JLB recall complete. Vehicle was full of gas." Does this mean the fuel pump leaked gas all over the engine? Or does this refer to something else? Sounded ominous, but maybe it just meant the gas tank was full.

Also, between these two versions, which would you recommend- Both are priced almost identically after negotiations:

1) 2015 RCF 16,000 miles. (listed above) $17,000 in options, Premium Package, Performance package, All weather package, Mark Levinson Stereo, pre-collision system (Biggest selling point being the TVD, if it truly is worth the $$, and the carbon fiber roof)

2) 2016 RCF 25,889 miles moonroof. Premium Package. Mark Levinson.

Advice would be appreciated.

its record of gas that was drained and re filled when fuel pump was done

not a concern

Option 1 hands down. fuel pump recall had complimentary gas fill up so that's all that probably refers to.

Looks good to me. Nothing there would stop me from buying it.

The fuel pump recall items are normal for the 2015 RCFs as they were standard recalls and TSBs.

Option 1 is the better option considering it has lower mileage while the other one might soon need new tires and brakes. To me, the TVD/Carbon Fiber is totally worth it especially if you like the car to turn very quick and feel like a smaller car. TVD does exactly that. If it is not a big deal for you then you can leave it.

Option 1! TVD is a game changer for sure if you like spirited driving. Good luck with the purchase!
