Question for those using this App. Does that OBD2 Dongle need to remain plugged in the entire time while driving your car, or is it just used to change the various things its intended for? (Like one of those tools used to determine and clear trouble codes) Reason being - my OBD2 port remains connected full time for my Armytrix System to work correctly.

No, do what you need to do, exit the app completely; the car will remain in the 'ON' mode, not started, then press the start button again to turn off car and remove dongle.
