I considered it, as this is the exact spec RC-F that I want, but I think I may hold off for now. I just can't justify a third car at the moment and I'm having a tough time parting with my 05 Dodge Viper. Basically, the RC-F would be another toy and would rarely get driven. (I only drove the Viper 2,500 miles last year). Once I finally decide to unload the Viper, I will probably pull the trigger on an RC-F.

I'll still keep an eye on this RC-F tho and watch for price drops. If it gets to a price point that's too hard to pass up, I may move on it.

While nearly every color of Lexus is no charge the Molten and Infrared were extra charge. The take rate was pretty small for Infrared
and even smaller for the Orange (at least in Central Area). The needle/haystack discussion here seems to prove the rarity and the
costly but cool Triple Beam Lights really narrows this down!

Exactly...

The logical side of me is telling me to hold off as I don't need 3 cars...

My emotional side is telling me to move on it because this particular spec'd RC-F is so rare and exactly what I want.

I was exactly in the same boat. I was playing the waiting game and wanted to hold out longer until I saw this Molten Pearl with all options, carbon package and 20 spoke polished wheels came up in a private sale and I could not resist. Ended up buying and rest is history.

It is hard to imagine another color on this car attracting this much attention. I find the level of gawking still hard to believe. The frozen grey on the anniversary, maybe, but nothing else I could imagine.

Yep, I have literally watched the market for months and I know how rare it is to find a Molten with Performance pack.... Plus, the ML and triple beam headlights is a nice bonus.

That being said, three cars right now makes absolutely zero sense for me. lol. So I really need to decide if I want to get rid of the Viper to make room for the RC-F.

I have decided to go a different direction for my next vehicle but wanted to help out other members that may be looking on a car that became available in the Houston area. I went and looked at the car and drove it. It is pristine except for some slight front bumper rash on the drivers side underneath. You cannot see it from the photos. It is at a Lexus dealer who also has their own bodyshop and they agreed to fix it for anyone interested. It is a molten '15, 7k miles, carbon/tvd car, triple beams, ML, fully optioned, clean carfax. It does have the stratus grey interior. If you PM me I can tell you where we were on numbers, both as is and for them to certify it. The factory bumper to bumper runs out next month on this particular car. If people don't care I can just post the numbers. I will say they were texting me yesterday wanting to move the car at the certified price I originally offered them so they are ready to deal.

I also went and looked at the same one, it looked exceptionally clean. Can you please PM me what deal you worked on it... Thanks!
