Anybody in Cali gotten a $1000 modified exhaust ticket in 2019 so far?

I have a Tanabe touring axle back so no worries as it is very tame.
People must be getting tickets because I am not hearing the ridiculous loud exhausts I used to hear. I don't mean a loud well tuned exhaust, I mean what sounded like open pipes and personally I thought sounded ridiculous. A while back a Subaru WRX went by and I thought it must be dumping straight out of the manifold it was so loud.

Personally, you gotta pay to play. Look at the gas prices now...$4.05 a gallon to fill up. If you can afford aftermarket exhaust for that price, you can afford the ticket... but I haven’t really heard anyone that I know personally got a ticket, yet (knock on wood). The other day CHP, was behind me for about a mile and I was thinking that i might get pulled over, especially that my vintage plate says ROOARV8...lol..and I think you can contest it, unless they have the instrument can tell your exhaust hit above 95db.

I know, it's a FIRST world problem.
My RCF is currently located out of the Republic of California so my Borla exhaust can be as loud as it can be without any issues. It can be heard at least three or more blocks away when I'm on it or down shift rev matching. Or worse, it's a mandatory meeting with a "ref" (if I get a ticket) to show that I've corrected the problem and still the "ref" (if don't like me or whatever,) can TECHNICALLY order my car to be crushed to make an example out of it. I know it's unlikely, but who knows. Only in Cali, right?
I'm contemplating on doing a cross country road trip back to SoCal and keep the RCF in SoCal. I don't wanna have to deal with the hassle of constantly watching out for LEOs. And I don't really wanna put the OEM exhaust back in bc it's just not the same car with the OEM exhaust.

I'm sure it depends on the area, but in NorCal I haven't met one actual person that's gotten a ticket.
I gotta say I drive fairly heavy-footed so I'm not by any means sneaking around town but no issues so far.
