I had a 2015 GT premium and now RCF. I have to say Ford has tremendously stepped it up with the Mustang with the S550 bodystyle.. As much as i love the RCF the sound of the Mustang was way better. I dropped Corsa extreme exhaust and the sound of that thing would ricochet like no other. I fell in love with that car but it was a manual and as much fun as it was my commute kicked my ***.

As far as choosing between the two you cant go wrong with either one. Love both! with the Lexus you get the prestige and comfort as well so if you planning on dailying your car from my experience i suggest the Lex. Mustang was great however in the streets of DC it was a bit punishing.

Good luck.

You must be on stock exhaust. RCF stock exhaust is abysmal and extremely restrictive due to emissions. Less than 2 inch in diameter. All induction/engine noise and no exhaust. It is easily fixable with a good catback exhaust with no secondary cats. It is a high-revving, high-strung V8 so it really opens the exhaust up well (in my case with a 2.8 inch Invidia exhaust and it sounds incredible hitting just under 7500 rpm). It also gains about 18 - 20 whp with exhaust alone.
