Same here, I just listen to the sound of the exhaust most of the time. Wondering if it needs to be in "Expert" mode (Sport+ and Traction Off)?

did you engage the manual mode by pressing the paddles or did you move the shifter over? It works for me in sport s+ with traction on.

I always move the shifter over - no shift beeps. Accelerating with full throttle from first gear just goes to redline, hits the rev limiter twice, and then automatically switches to 2nd gear. This is in manual mode.

That is strange, hopefully someone can chime in to help because I'll go full throttle, it'll flash orange, then red with the beep. I didn't think you could turn it off but I guess you have to be able to if yours is off. GL

That is normal. Only in 1st to 2nd, it will beep and hit rev limiter for a few seconds and then automatically shift to 2nd. In 2nd to 3rd onwards, it will not shift up no matter how long you hit the rev limiter for. I believe primarily because of the shortness of the 1st gear, it does not allow cut off.

I was reading through the manual, and it has very little on the indicator sound, but did note that in any condition where the engine can be harmed the car reserves the right to do your job for you. Explains a lot of the nanny features.
