RC-F Track Edition Count Down

Try ordering a Ferrari. It’s MSRP, every time. You wanna play then you gotta pay. Many will pass but you can miss out on a whole lot of fun over a few bucks. If you love it then pay for it. If it doesn’t matter that much then let it go. Someone else will be happy to pay and enjoy it.
All that said, everyone here has bought more car than we need daily so we get the sentiment. The best deal is a bus pass and none of us have that so it's not all about the deal. You want a great car for a price you feel good about. But a forum is a place for opinion and for me, it's not where I would put over $100k and so I like to see the OP testing the boundaries to see what he can do. In the end, it's his money.

But I won't be ordering a Ferrari.....ever. If that's where you play - fantastic. At that level it's really only money I guess? I'm positive you can get something you love and get what you think is a fair deal. Or we can all make bad financial choices with other people's money on the internet... It's not a "few" bucks is the point. It's quite a lot of money to most people. Now if this is Bill Gates I'm chatting with - then get it man!

Ok I get it, somewhat. It’s only money at any level, not just the Ferrari level. I am not sure why MSRP is so taboo and people consider it a bad financial decision. I paid just under MSRP for my TE and I felt it was a good deal and I felt good about it. I live in Houston and a bus pass is not a good deal. I am not passing judgment on the OP but sharing my opinion that the TE is worth the price of entry. Unlikely he will get much of a better deal and by waiting he loses the enjoyment of driving a great car. It is a “few” bucks relatively when you are talking about buying a car for $100k plus tax.

So I had a better offer actually from another dealer, which they asked not to disclose the price, there is discount on the car
I did get more than the rebate I was looking for on this specific one, but I did pay more than I would have if I had picked the "another dealer"
