OEM vs aftermarket all weather floor mats liner
I’m in a market for new floor mats. Just can’t seem to keep my carpet ones clean everytime i get in/out. Although I like the feeling of carpet, all weather floor mats are definitely easier to maintain.
- Weathertech seems to be the popular aftermarket choice but I like having ‘Lexus RCF’ logo on the OEM model. Comparing all weather liner model only. Thoughts on OEM vs. Weather version? They’re both priced @ $169 which makes the decision even more difficult.
- According to parts.lexus.com - OEM floor mats liner is only available for 2016 - 2020 RCF. When I select ‘2015’ - it says ‘fitment cannot be confirmed’. Called my local dealership and they told me the same thing. Is there any difference between 2015 vs. 2016-2020? I wouldn’t think so but can’t find anything on the website to confirm.

I bought these linked below - OEM Lexus RCF all weather floor mats, perfect fit and look great. Bought from site linked below no issues:

I do WetherTech Mats in all my cars. First thing I do when I get a car is order them. The WeatherTech mats fit very well and make cleaning the car very fast and easy.

Personally prefer the weather techs. Fits better. Wears better. The logo is an eye sore though

Ended up ordering OEM liner version. Waiting to receive. Hopefully they fit well.
Would have prefer the weather techs but didn’t want the logo so ‘visible’.

Weathertechs in all my cars too!
Shake them out once in a while and if needed spray with simple green and rinse and they look new. Best protection you can buy!
I remember seeing a member here change out the Weathertech logo for a Lexus or F Sport logo.
You could probably make or trim a sticker to cover it or buy the f sport badges like on back of the IS model and use 3m double sided tape and be done.

Received and installed. Looks great and fitment is spot on. Rubber is thinner than i expected but i think these will hold well. Love that it has RC F logo. Glad with this purchase.

BTW - bought them on Amazon. Seller is a Lexus dealership in TX (Bell Lexus?) and was selling @ $155 which is $14 less than Lexus.com. Plus no sales tax or shipping so ended up being much better deal than Weathertech.
