I am not sure how you can check the type of springs as the one's I have put on my other car in the past, did not have any stamping on them. Aftermarket springs are rather cheap. You can just buy Swift springs and put them on, if you cannot figure out what type you have on. Worst case scenario, you can return them if they don't work out well and you want to stick with what you have. At least, you can make a comparison. To be honest, from the measurements, they very well might be the RS-R. RCF with OEM springs and tires at around 38 - 39 PSI feels like a brick. Stiff on OEM Pilot Super Sports (noticed you have some different tires on as well). How does the car feel espesically going over some bumpy pavements? It should feel very firm. If the car feels on the softer side then they might be RS-R.

i believe that RSR are Blue, and Swift Springs are a golden color......
