I'm curious of why the RS-R coilovers front spring rate is a lot lower than the rear (10kg/mm front; 14kg/mm rear). I looked up the numbers of other brands, their front springs are stiffer on most and a few are the same front & rear. My guess is RSR wants to stiffen the rear to make the car less understeered.

Partsshopmax is another company offering a coil-over setup. They also have numerous suspension pieces. I have their upper front adjustable arms, rear upper adjustable arms, rear traction rods and toe links. Along with my RR Racing USRS, car is on rails!

Thanks, any help goes along way when it comes to suspension...
Yes, but basic suspension layout and vehicle weight is very similar.

I decided on RS-R *Best i coilover range, a big decision on selecting RS-R over other brands is the service was next level, very helpful put me in touch with other RC F owners who use their cars in the way I plan to use mine, feedback was exactly want I wanted.

I struggled to get this type of info out of other vendors, plus its RS-R is hand built in Japan and os widely used in JDM market so it isn't a big risk for not being what I want and expect out of coilovers.

The motion ratios on this platform are not like other cars. The rear suspension uses a divorced spring and shock configuration, so it's not strange to me you'd need a stiff spring in the rear if you're actually choosing a spring to make the chassis perform. Also, doesn't mean it's actually mechanically better, it might be just visually better. It's important to ask the vendor what the springs are designed to deliver. Track performance and visual performance are very often completely different.
