Default RCF OEM Carbon Fiber Hood

Been thru this before with regard to looking for parts for my RCF when I’m trying to buy parts that are spec’d for markets outside of the United States. Examples are Guam, Hawaii, and the Middle East. Those countries have options the United States can’t order at the time of purchase. In order to buy parts for markets outside of the U.S. I have to provide a vin for the the vehicle that’s spec’d in the market I’m trying to buy the part for. I had to do this with my GSF when I researched and purchased my spare tire setup. A friend I met here on CL who lives in Hawaii gave me his VIN and I was able to order the parts from Servco Lexus in Hawaii and had the parts shipped to me in the U.S. literally the U.S. market can’t order it even tho Hawaii ordered it, had it shipped from Lexus Los Angeles regional parts to Hawaii and back to me. Stupid, I know. With that said, I need help on my next venture, I want to buy a Lexus OEM Carbon Fiber Hood, but I need a vin from the Guam, Hawaii or Middle East market so I can actually purchase it, Lexus Dealers in the U.S. won’t sell it to anyone. I would appreciate the help, thank you in advance. Guam or Hawaii market would be my first choice, less of a distance to ship it.

Cant use your buddy or the same VIN again? Maybe just look at listings of cars for sale in those areas as generally the VIN are fully disclosed already.

my buddy was a GSF when I did the full size spare, this time is an RCF. I might just use a track edition vin and see if I can do it that way.

I’m scared for your wallet....
But big props for wanting oem.
Is your car 2020 ?
Wonder if track edition ones fit older models since there was a refresh

Track Edition hood is like 10k$, you sure you want it? It's forged carbon.

Remind me again on Monday and I'll reach out to my contacts at West side Lexus and see what they can do

I had no problems ordering spare CF parts for my TE (don't ask, it was a manic episode)

I just shot off an email today to my lady Mary, but she's in the land of wine on vacation so it might take a few days

Yeah spare parts, I didn't think I'd need them and I wasn't sure if Lexus was going to keep producing the parts

No one I talked to could match the weave

I think you feel me, this purchase would be Manic at many levels.....$10,000 worth. Thanks for helping.

You will need this for the OEM CF Hood found in the Japan Spec.
May need some other special parts, like clips, insulator and the corresponding parts for the underside grill and components.
Different from standard hood.

You can also try https://jp-carparts.com/lexus/

Vehicle model period LEXUS RC F USC10 2014/09 -

Part #
53301-24090
HOOD SUB-ASSY 2015/01 - USC10
有り(カーボンフード & カーボンルーフ) JPY 811,262 / USD $7,726.31

Note note of importance this is NOT the same part number found on the 2020 USA Spec Track Edition RC F.

That is:

53301-24070 BODY SHELL ASSY-CARBON ROOF & CARBON HOOD (LIGTT GRADE)

with a $15K MSRP from Lexus counter / parts dept.

whats the difference? The 090 part number is no longer available per Lexus, just the 070

is the jp-carparts legit as far as ordering, I've never ordered from them before and that's a lot of money to send their way.

i tried to DM you but it says your box is full and cannot accept messages. What is the difference between the two carbon fiber hoods? the 090 and the 070 part numbers and why are the prices so different?
