AMGs are all MCT automatics except the AMG GT/R (similar to Porsche 911, Lambo, Ferrari that are all DCTs). They are not dual clutches as "Wet clutch" transmissions are similar to traditional autos because it has a single input shaft. Much has been written about it.

Newest gen Acura TLX has the 10 speed auto. No longer DCT. You can watch the latest SavageGeese episode for details. Though, I don't see TLX as high-performance applications.

I think we see this a little different. Let me leave this with a few more facts and we can agree to disagree.

A "couple" of the manufacturers adding DCT's in 2020.

Corvette 2020 C8. 20k sold already. Second production line added and GM predicts 40k yr for several years.
Hyundai Elantra and Veloster
Kia Forte
Acura TLX and ILX (I think the entire line now)
Volkswagen Jetta (joins Golf)
Audi S3
