Yeah, I was talking to my brother in law who is a big BMW guy and when I showed him side by side pictures, he said yeah the M3 looks like a copy of the RCF from the back.

The new M4/M3 weigh about the same as the RCF (and much bigger in size), but I am sure BMW will not get any hard time for making their M cars heavy as it is being deemed a necessity now.
p.s. the new M3/M4 does not have a DCT. It is a ZF 8 speed auto called "Steptronic" similar to the one in the Supra/Z4.
Anyway, draw your own conclusions from these pictures

Now, if BMW could just copy the reliability of the RCF....

Where did you get the 0-60 for the RCF? Looking at the lexus website it says the 2021 RCF does the 0-60 in 4.2 seconds (https://www.lexus.com/models/RCF) and on some car reviewer websites they claimed 4.1-4.4 seconds.
I agree the styling is very "similar"... but it's surely the slowest compared to its german rivals. What it lacks in acceleration it surely makes up for in reliability and resale value.

And yes, the RC F goes from 0-60 in 4.1-4 seconds in real life, which is not bad numbers.
Honestly, I don't compare it to the rivals. If I would buy an RC F, I'd buy it because I like it. I don't have the urge to purchase a german car.

Common sense. It is the smallest displacement N/A V8 in that list. However, other than the GT350, it has the highest rev range available.
I believe it is interesting that the RC F does lack incredible amounts of torque. However, the RC F's sound should make up for that.

LOL...yeah, the stacked exhaust is also pretty much the same concept except they placed them in the center.

new 2021 M cars are going to smoke all the other competitors... Especially with downpipes and a tune on some sort of e30-e50 fuel.. The engine that is inside the new m3/m4 (s58) is in the x3M and x4M and makes 460-480 to the wheels and with a downpipe and tune only it can reach 600wheel hp and 650+ torque. That's RCF with a supercharger territory lol.
