What is the best aftermarket infotainment system?

Apologies for not being able to come up with anything using google fu.

I have a 2017 with Mark Levinson. I would like an easier user interface that retains everything else including steering wheel controls. Also add wireless android auto.

Barry's setup is legit. I wanna set mine up the same way. Lots of RCF guys on fb have upgraded to the android system.
