Swift springs R spec is the way to go. They lower it by about 1 inch and have good spring rates to not blow the OEM shocks
Some of the more aggressive drop springs have poorly matched spring rates to OEM shocks causir OEM shocks to blow

Don't waste your money on spring. Save up a little bit and go with coilover

If the OP has a 2015/2016 MY then coilovers are by far the best option. Coilovers have a lot better of adjustability and reliability too them. Not to mention you can corner balance then, which would probably prove to be very, very influential on this car's handling (these cars are very front left heavy, 53.6 or 53.7% weight on the left side, including driver). I've also calculated the wheel motion ratio and the closest spring rates for front to rear are 16k front and 12k rear. 16k front and 14k rear results in a higher wheel rate at the rear.

I opted for coilovers after ordering swift springs for my 17 RCF.

OP,
I have a set of brand new Swift R springs if you’re interested. Unopened original packaging. Lmk, otherwise I’ll keep them for a rainy day.

Installed Swift Springs on my car 2 years ago based on advice from the forum…and absolutely love them! My car sits lower and looks great.
