I just carry a small compressor. As long as it’s a slow leak, just add air and drive straight to the shop.

Easier said than done:
1. Space saver spare only in Guam and Middle East
2. wheels are staggered so spare full size would have to be front tyre.
Front OEM BBS with tyre a whopping $7500 Aud (-$6000 US)
3. Non OEM mag has to be custom ordered due to size of front calipers. Wheel shops will only custom build a full set
4. Check the second hand columns for a set of OEM for sale. Good luck with that as the cars are so rare.
Have had 2 punctures in 12 months. Carry a Ryobi air compressor and puncture repair kit.

Sounds like a few calls to the local junk yards are in order. Maybe a scratched up rim can be found to be used. I bought a small 12V air compressor on amazon a couple of years ago when I needed to borrow a friends at work when my tire was low leaving work. The one I bought was a cheap $25-$30 model. I used it on everything I could for the next few weeks to see if it was going to be crap. Even filled up the inflatable ring on my grand daughters bladder pool with it. I bought one for each of my kids and wife to keep in their cars.

I bought a spare kit from modern spare and it all fits in the trunk under the carpet without taking up any trunk space. I got it for longer trips where I don't want to get stuck waiting for AAA for hours.

Interesting option.
Looks like uses a generic multi-stud wheel with a spacer to clear front calipers.
Can’t find any reviews or independent tests?
Any issues with torsen differential or TVD when used on rear. Does it clear front calipers?

Lots of positive reviews on Amazon from other car owners (average 4 1/2 to 5 star rating), strangely enough no RCF option available through Amazon.com have to purchase direct from manufacturers website.

That kit is very nice.
I purchased a spare tire for an Audi A4 from a wrecker and had a custom spacer made that adapts the different bolt patterns and also provides enough clearance for the front and rear.
It all fits in the spare tire well.
Total cost was less then $200cdn.

Related question--has anyone used the puncture repair kit provided by Lexus? I have successfully used a puncture repair kit on my motorcycle so I figure it may work out enough to get to a place for a more permanent fix.

I have not , but I do carry a tire plug kit. I have repaired THREE screw holes with zero issues. Obviously, these are not huge rips in the tire but I do recommend said kit for about 10 bucks if you have a nail hole

That spare looks like a great option!
I normally carry a 12V inflator (can't remember if its direct to battery or plug into lighter) and tire plug kit just in case, small and fairly light.
For anyone that has Milwaukee M12 batteries, I can really recommend this for general use and potentially for trips:

Much easier than connecting my travel inflator, I used the Milwaukee to limp home (70 miles) on a slow leak, quick stop and fill. HD has the inflator on sale every once and a while and other tool mfgs might make the equivalent for their batteries. I also use it to top up the tires regularly.
