Default Need everybody's help, I think I'm getting the servo issue

Hi all,
So midway through driving home today my driver vent only stopped blowing cold air. Every other vent was fine. Parked it for an errand and it was working again for the rest of the drive.
I'll keep an eye on it over the next few days, but wanted to get some pointers from those who have had this done. I have a 2017 with 25k but it's out of warranty.
Should I visit a dealership first (and likely have them tell me it's not covered) or should I contact Lexus corporate somehow to preapprove?
Thanks!

If you know about the servo issue, then you should know lexus is providing extended coverage for this particular issue. Take it to the dealership, it will be covered.

Does anyone have a link to the document? I'd like to walk in with a print out of it.

If link doesn't work. Go to nhtsa.gov input year make and model. Then view Manufacturer Communications. All TSB and service campaigns will be there. The HVAC one should be close to the top since that came out this year.

I had mine reset at the dealership a couple months ago and they were all good to go, no charge. Luckily no servos needed replacement.
