Back from road trip. Sweet spot for MPG...
I drove from central Texas to Missouri to spend Thanksgiving with my dad. Had a great time with him, a sister and brother in law. The trip 650 miles and takes me through the part of the Ozarks in Missouri.
Lots of highway driving at doing 5-10 over the speed limit (75-85 MPH) had me getting between 21 - 22 MPG. I was caught up in some construction in OK and more cars on the road where our speed was ~60 MPH for quite awhile. The computer estimated MPG was between 25 - 26 MPG during that stretch. TBH... I didn't buy the car for high MPG. I bought it to have fun driving. I was just curious.
And yes, the roads going through the Ozarks are SO MUCH FUN!!!!!

I took my RCF to Thanksgiving with my family. 320 mile round trip. Pretty much all freeway and ran the car in ECO mode and averaging around 80 to 85 MPH. Never checked my mileage but seemed like mid twenties. If I had taken my truck I would have gotten 13 MPG so the Lexus was a real money saver. Plus I find it is much more fun to drive.
