Was looking at some Fuji’s on the used market and the factory window sticker caught my eye. The window sticker says “Heat Blue Satin”. I always thought the official color was called “Electric Surge” as Lexus said in its own press release.

”The 2022 RC F Fuji Speedway Edition will only be available in an exclusive Electric Surge paint. Electric Surge – a Lexus-first – is a unique blue paint possessing a semi-matte finish. The paint expresses a beautiful satin luster like that of a true matte finish yet is durable enough go through an automatic car wash.”

 

My window sticker says "Heat Blue Satin" as well... I was thinking it was a "regional" thing because I'm in the west coast but apparently not, since you are in Virginia.

 

@frank1015 I don’t have a Fuji myself just checking out what’s out there in the used market. But based on your West Coast window sticker it must officially be called “Heat Blue Satin” in the US mainland market. If you look at the OP, there is an additional name color listed called “Quantum Blue Satin” so yes it must be a marketing naming thing. Quantum sounds coolest of all though, maybe reserved for the European/Japanese market

I was able to find the window sticker for Fuji #36/50 delivered to Servco Honolulu. Funny it is actually officially labeled as “Electric Surge” and it’s called a “Track Edition” rather than a Fuji…but it damn sure is a Fuji.
