Hyper-silver wheels w 265/285 tires
****NOTE: Not for everyone since style is a personal choice for all of us.
265/285-19s (upsize or +1)….took my track tires to be worked on and decided to have the OEM wheels treated to a Hyper Silver coating. So tired of that whole ‘dark wheels’ trend—yawn…
Liked it so much that I mounted my street tires to see how re-done OEMs would look for a daily driver.
I like it…some will say “Meh…”
I will be rolling like this as the SCCA Pace Car for upcoming race season.

Looks good!
I believe the 2021s now have these wheels standard on non-premium packages and they are silver-ish. Then you have the premium package which hand polishes them then when you go to the carbon trim you get black GSF wheels. Sad too because I thought the polished GSF wheels were/are one of the nicest wheels Lexus has put out. And then all that depth and coolness is lost when they are solid black.
Totally agree with you though, I so over the dark wheel trend, it's cool here and there but now it's everywhere and what used to be a focal point for wheels is now just a black object (which always makes the tires look more dirty because the tires are never as black as the wheels...lol).
