Default Floor Mat Swap?

I just received my 2020 RCF from the transporter yesterday and OMFG, I love it. The car came with the all weather floor mats and I don’t see original mats anywhere. I would assume carpet mats are standard and I don’t want the all weather mats, so 2 questions… 1. Does anyone have aftermarket mats that just look cool? Lets see some pics. Or…. 2. Would anyone be interested in trading their stock mats for my all weather mats? Are they the same size for all years, ie, didn’t change after the face lift?

Congratulations! Some pictures would be nice. It should come with the RCF mats embossed in the mats. The all-weather mats are also included, but looks like you are missing the RCF mats that should be underneath the all-weather. I would ask the dealership as to why you did not get them?

Thanks for the reply… I purchased used from a Nissan dealership and just assumed they weren’t included from whoever traded it in. BUT, at the risk of embarrassing myself, I didn’t actually check under the all weather mats because in my last car, the way the mats attached didn’t allow both sets to be in place. I can’t check right now, but will as soon as I get home… Here’s hoping they’re there. Oh and here’s a quick pic. I have an apppointment next Thursday to drop her off to get a full wrap in Xpel Stealth and will post more pics after.

Orlando… And I just checked… No other mats. In fact it says on the all weather mats “do not place on top of regular mats”…. I will call the dealer tomorrow, but assuming they don’t have them, I guess I’m back to my original question. Anyone interested in a trade?

I'd just buy them. Keep the all weather for a rainy day so to speak. My 2020 came with both. I took out the all weather ones because I won't be driving the car in any type of bad weather but it's kinda nice to have on hand JUST in case.

You can pick up the OEM carpeted floor mats for $150 for all 4. People have posted on other groups on the Chinese floor mats that are all stitched and embroidered but they look cheap and riced out. It really takes away from the interior of the car. If you are going for tacky those are the ones to get. OEM to me is superior. They are thick nice mats.

Not 100% sure what the difference is between : PT2082415224 / PT2082415225
They list the fitment as the same for all the RCF models. And the pictures look the same. So best to check the dealer or someone here can find out what the difference is between the two.

Congrats on the 2020 ultra white! It's the best color! (slightly biased..lol)

Lexus OEM carpet mats are not robustly made. I found this out by holding onto a rarely used ES for 12 years. Had to replace about every 3 years. So I would recommend getting aftermarket on eBay. The all weather mats, OTOH, are bulletproof and I prefer those to carpet--much easier to care for. I'm keeping my carpet mats, though, for the next owner or I'd donate them to you.

I agree! So went and bought the all weather ones from mylparts.com and just stored the OEM's.

SailorTPD… I’d gladly take the carpet mats if you’re offering but I know they’re likely a pain to ship and they’re clearly not expensive, so no biggie either way.

Mine came with both sets. Bought it used. You def want them. They are the thickest, nicest mats in any car I have ever owned. They really do stand out imo.

I got the all weather (weathertech) floor mats and the carpet ones with my car. The carpet mats on my RC350 held up VERY WELL when I put 115K miles on the car. I really do like the all weather ones. The fit of the weathertech is really good

also have both but bought the all weather ones. use that on drivers and left the carpet for the other seats since i hardly have passengers. i also don't drive the car in bad weather but when i was using carpet only when i had my 17, there were a couple of times i got some gum or other stuff on my shoes i didn't realize and ruined the carpet. so when i got the 21 decided to use all weather for driver. much more freedom to not care and just wash off when i do have something.
