Default Joining the RCF family

Had this 2017 delivered a week ago:

Just over 22k miles, has every option but the performance package—didn’t have a ton of time to shop for the “perfect” RCF as my old car (last year of the V8 Audi S5) had a bit of an engine problem requiring an engine rebuild or a new engine. Looking forward to the reliability of a Lexus and many many good years to come with this awesome car!

Welcome!

I joined the club last March and have loved every time I get into the car. There's just something special about it. Not to mention the peace of mind of lexus reliability.

Welcome. Hope you are enjoying your RCF. My advice, is to skip all of the modes and just put it in SPORT+ and MANUAL mode. With the car fully warmed up, use the paddle shifters to explore upshifts and downshifts. It will give you a sense of where the powerband is and what is the best gear for different initial speeds etc. Ideally you want to be around 5500 rpm for rolling acceleration bursts. The car goes into the most aggressive configuration with these settings
