CF Window Switch Panel/Cover
#16
Thanks, I have experience in CF and made a few things - appreciate the advice.
What I'm going to do later is when I make more CF pieces then I'll just redo these, I'll remove as much as I can and will probably just 'skin' it due to its a top cover... so skinning won't affect the overall shape since its not an insert of sort. Just a bummer because I would rather have had Lexus cover it under a manufacture warranty, despite the 4 years, but not everyone has the delamination affect before 4 years.

It's just annoying to keep reading these and Lexus isn't taking care of it for the most part. Happens on RCF/GSF. You would think this wouldn't be an issue considering how nice the exterior CF pieces are on the vehicles. At least we aren't reading exterior pieces facing the same issues.
I've not seen this on the silver carbon fiber pieces, just the dark carbon fiber.
Lexus should take care of this. It's clearly an issue. Because ALL the pictures shown show delamination in the exact same spots. They start right around the switch area then a big chunk comes off.
