I would think they would still have some sort of dealers there, no?

I can't imagine a dealer not being able to program a key, he doesn't even have to take it to Lexus, a Toyota dealer can do this as well... I still think there is something going on with either his software/cable. It's very easy to program/delete keys when using Techstream. It literally walks you through the process. The longest part is waiting for the timed interval when it does the handshake to generate a keypass in order for the handshake between new key and car to complete.
