If they are made for the RCF, they will fit since all of the mechanical parts are fully swappable between all version of the RCFs. Only the exterior parts and electronic ECU tuning (only 2015 - 2016) is not fully compatible across the range.

Don't know the answer to your question because I can not find images for them on the web. However, I can provide advice. If the lug nuts look like this:

They are Mag Style and WILL work with an OEM Lexus wheel, if they are M12 with a 1.5mm thread.

If they look like this:

They are Acorn Style and WILL NOT work on an OEM Lexus wheel.

Acorn style is also sometimes referred to as tuner style

I’ve never seen titanium lug nuts that fit oem Toyota/ Lexus wheels. The pictures posted above have the correct answers.

You would want to prefer lugs with the mag seat style for OEM wheels than the tapered 60 degree that's meant for aftermarket.

Lexus does also offer black chrome lug nuts if you're just looking to change things up.

You may want to share that "someone's" name. Other forum members may be interested.

I wouldn't use random lugs without some sort of material test report

Supply chains matter when it comes to safety components

Plenty of legit places to get real titanium lugs and bolts at reasonable prices

Not to mention that Lexus' wheel lugs have pretty much stayed the same on their cars for over 20 years now. Most if not all lugs are the same thread pitch and mag seat design. So, in other words, lug nuts from an SC430 or just about any other late 90's and early 2000's Lexus would fit an RC F.
