That's a serious bedding process. Looks like it can realistically only be done on a close track, or on a deserted road in Oklahoma.

asked my dealer if they bedded the brakes when i took delivery and the sales and pdi guys had no clue what i was talking about. lol. i'd rather do it myself anyway so all good. didn't follow the mclaren procedure but it was a similar process. had less than 100 miles at the time of bedding and those miles just lightly used the brakes to go to the detailer and back.
My 20 Track Edition did a horrible honk type sound if I wasn't hard on the brakes and at certain temps. I think it's just a part of the Ceramic setup and no big deal.
