Default Anything special for precautions...

When jacking up to remove a tire when the car has a skirt? Never lifted with a skirt before.

Yeah, I always run my hand below it to find where the jacking point is that is usually a few inches to the inner side of where the side skirt is and put the jack underneath that so that the indent on the jack goes directly against the edge of the jacking point. Never had any issues using this method.

Probably it will help using rubber pads or wooden blocks to minimize any damage to your side skirts.
I use OEM scissor jack first to raise my car a little, then low profile jack to raise the rest.
I have rubber pads so it will not damage the indent.

If you use OEM jack, it is nowhere close to the side skirt and has a lot of clearance when it is put against the jacking point.
