Default Blown ML woofer

Got in my car the other day and my woofer in the back is blown it seems. No bass and rattly sound when bass hits. Make it so bad I don't even listen to music loud like that anymore.

Has anyone had to change theirs? If so, is there a step-by-step/how-to?

Also, is there a way to test the amplifier? Also, where is he location of the woofer? I think it's behind the trunk lining on the right side?

I think I'd like to possibly test it before investing in a woofer I may not need.

For a step-by-step, I'd use the official online shop manuals. It's $20 for 2-day access. https://techinfo.toyota.com/

The subwoofer itself is mounted on the rear deck.

A blown subwoofer is pretty obvious. You shouldn't need to test the amp.
