Does Sport S+ mode impact traction control?

Does Sport S+ mode impact traction control?
I'm trying to understand this statement in the owner's manual:
SPORT S+ mode
Provides earlier downshift timing than SPORT S mode in order to maintain
a high engine speed and provides faster gear changes. This mode also
changes the steering feel, suspension control and VDIM control, making it
suitable for powerful sporty driving.
With VDIM being impacted - does that mean traction is reduced... what if I leave TVD in normal, but the drive mode in Sport S+? how is traction effected?
Thanks,

Traction isn't reduced per se, but it does allow a little more slip angle before engaging. Basically in normal mode, it's pretty aggressive in throttle cuts if the rear tires come loose. S+ it's still there, just less intrusive.
TVD is almost separate from traction control. Normal acts like a basic LSD, Slalom is aggressive in pushing the outside tire (makes the car feel a lot smaller than it is, great for tight back roads or even street driving, but feels too "darty" to me at steady speed interstate driving), then Track mode really shines in holding a line in the curve, I've even noticed it engaging off throttle to help rotate the car.
