Default Anyone deal with stuck caliper pins?

Hi all,
Doing a break job on the F and the large caliper pins are corroded and stuck on the fronts. I have them soaking with some pb blaster. Anyone else have this happen?

I'd just order replacement hardware. It's actually pretty cheap.

But to remove the pins here's what I do, got pretty quick at it due to going to the track regularly.
Using a metal punch, knock out the skinny pins.
Pop off the metal pad springs.
Remove bolt from inside of the torque bars.
If they don't come out easily, then use the punch on the inside and knock them out.

You could also thread the bolts in a few turns and hit that, but run the risk of chipping the caliper if not super precise.

Got new hardware from Lexus and it all comes apart real easy.

They are out, it took a few hours Pb blaster. I had to remove the caliper so I could get some good swings on it with a punch. I used the bolt for one and the head of the bolt bent even though it was seated fairly deep in the pin. I’m only finding hardware kits for $52 each side which I think is a bit steep for caliper hardware.

It comes out to right under $100 total for all four calipers. Toss in something cheap like wiper blade inserts and it'll qualify for free shipping from Bell Lexus

When quality pads cost $500-800 for a set, and 2-piece rotors cost nearly $2k, $100 for some new hardware isn't that bad.
