LEXUS Alarm System Question

does anyone know if the factory alarm system can be added onto like aftermarket alarms? like can you add something to be able to roll the windows up or turn on some device inside the car?

I believe that you can have the C-BEST settings on the RX300 set to roll up the windows with the remote just at you can roll them down with the remote. As for adding things, I believe someone on here mentioned a remote starter on their vehicle. I don't remember details, though...
