I have recently noticed that when the preset temperature is reached and the blower fan is moving real slow, usually one line on the bar indicator on the screen, there is a noticeable squeal from the fan.
Only happens when it is blowing at the slowest speeds. The noise is very subtle but I definitely know its there

Any one else ever run into this and have you been able to do anything about it?

best thing to do is really to show it to your lexus dealer. unlike where i live, the lexus dealer sucks. they would fix the problem and creat a new permanent problem. that's what happened when i had my glove compartment in my rx fixed, they created a rattling sound in the area where the windshield blower is at, right around past the passenger airbag square thing. it was never fixed. it got a lot worse when my rx got into an accident. so it's really up to u if you still want a minor problem fixed.
